Our Primary Focus Areas

Empowerment Through Athletics

Leveraging sports as a platform to instill discipline, teamwork, and perseverance, the foundation will provide opportunities for young athletes to develop their skills and gain exposure to competitive levels, including scholarships and mentorship programs.

Vocational Training

Offering practical skills and hands-on training to empower youths who may not pursue formal education but are eager to contribute to society through craftsmanship, trades, and entrepreneurship.

Support and Scholarships

Providing access to quality education for underprivileged youths through scholarships, school supplies, and other resources to ensure they reach their academic potential.

Support for Orphans & Widows

CNF is implementing targeted programs to empower widowed individual and youths who have lost parent(s), including mentorship, financial aid, vocational training, and access to resources for a brighter future.

Entrepreneurship Development

Supporting aspiring and established young entrepreneurs with funding, mentorship, and networking opportunities. This includes access to financial and social equity, as well as partnerships that enable their businesses to thrive.

Mentorship and Leadership

Building a mentorship pipeline by connecting youths with experienced professionals across industries. This program will nurture future leaders, fostering growth and success through guidance and inspiration.

About Founder

Chukwuemeka Ndichie is a Nigerian-American entrepreneur and philanthropist who is dedicated to youth development and empowerment. Born in Washington DC, he spent his formative years in Nigeria before returning to the USA. He earned a full athletic scholarship to Villanova University where he graduated with a Bsc in Environmental Science. In December 2014 (6 months after graduating) he returned to Nigeria to contribute to the continent through his entrepreneurial journey. His companies are diversified across sectors creating over 3,000 job opportunities through these establishments, Atius Synergy Global Ltd (ASG), Travel Range Ltd (TR), Ndichie Ventures Consultancy Ltd (NVC) and Ndeva Development & Co (ND&C) under NDICHIE GROUP. Emeka’s passion for inspiring and nurturing Africa’s youth, led to the creation of the Chukwuemeka Ndichie Foundation (CNF), a youth-focused initiative centered on empowerment, education, athletics, mentorship, and entrepreneurship. He envisions a future where African youths are equipped to thrive in a globalised world.
